The one time popular Maxim-esqu magazine is no longer. The lad mag will be absorbed into Maxim magazine. Kent Brownridge and Quadrangle Capital Partners acquired Dennis Publishing for a meager $240 million. The first executive decision was to stop the presses and can stuff magazine.
